Lyoubomir Ovtcharov is an IT Professional with more than 10 years of international IT and Management experience. Throughout his career he participated in several large projects in the Financial, Travel, and Metal industries in Germany, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, United Kingdom, and Canada. For the last 4 years Lyoubomir has been leading consulting teams in Adastra Bulgaria and has been responsible for the successful implementation of Adastra’s Bestshoring consulting model to clients in North America and Western Europe. Lyoubomir graduated from the Technical University in Berlin and holds an MBA Degree from the City University of Seattle. |

Emilia Angelova has over 8 years of experience in the Finance and Administration area. During the past 6 years she has held key positions in the Finance and Administrative management of international companies in the IT sector thus being involved in a variety of business processes and finance optimization projects. Emilia has a Masters Degree in Economics from the Sofia University. |

Ivaylo Kutsarov, VP Business Development
Ivaylo has got 15 years of experience in IT, of which more than 10- occupying different managerial positions in Siemens and Oracle, including Sales Director Private Sector, Consulting Country Representative and Regional Sales Manager EE& CIS. Ivaylo has proven be successful in starting up new initiatives in Bulgaria and in Eastern Europe. He has profound background in both developing big SAP and Oracle deals, as well as managing successful campaigns throughout EE&CIS.
He has graduated the Technical University of Sofia – Automation and Measurement faculty; and additionally the Management and Marketing Faculty. At the moment he is on his way to graduate the Chartered Management Institute of London with subject: Management and Leadership. |
